* Please prepare your presentation file on "Power Point(Windows)" or PDF and drop it at the Speaker Ready Room by the day before your presentation. * The Speaker Ready Room is at 4th floor of Site A and is open between 9:00 - 19:00 on 20th, 21st and 23rd, July and between 13:00-19:00 on 19th July. * The following version of Power Point is acceptable; 97, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013. * Only a Windows PC is available for presentation and We do not accept to use your own PC for presentation. * Please verify your presentation on a Windows PC by yourself, if you prepared the file on Macintosh. * Movies will be played on Windows Media Player on Windows 7 without sound. The wmv format is recommended. |

* Poster size is 914mm (horizontal length) by 1292mm (vertical length). * Location of each poster will be shown on a plan at the entrance of each poster session room. * Poster presentation time is 8:30 - 18:45 on 21st and 23rd July, and 8:30 - 16;45 on 24th, July. * Core time of poster presentation is between 13:30 - 15:00 on 21st, 23th and 24th. * Please remove your poster by 19:00 on 21st and 23rd July, and by 17:00 on 24th, July. |
